The Joyetech EVIO Pod kit has two airflow options which can be altered by removing the pod from the battery and rotating it. The pod has a white symbol on the side to inform vapers which setting the device is currently using. When the pod is on the same side as the ‘L’, it is on the low power output setting for MTL (mouth to lung) vaping; ideal for Nic Salt E-Liquid to provide a quick hit with lots of flavour. When the pod is on the same side as the H, it is on the higher power output setting which more ideal for DTL (direct to lung) vaping; ideal for traditional freebase nicotine E-Liquids such as Titus or Titan for a harsher inhale. The EVIO Pod utilises Joyetech’s EVIO Pod Cartridges, which can be purchased in packs of two. In the starter kit, you will find a cartridge with a 0.8ohm integrated coil making it ideal for restricted DTL vaping and MTL vaping. The mesh atomizer which can be found within the coil ensures that E-Liquid is heated up evenly and quickly, this will promote a thicker cloud and much more flavour intensity than a standard coil. Built with convenience in mind, the pod also features a sliding top fill mechanism which means that the pod doesn’t have to be removed to fill with E-Liquid, which gives the EVIO Pod kit a ‘grab and go’ feel.
